Daniel Rabinovitch is an Ontario personal injury and disability lawyer and the founder of DR Injury & Disability Law. His practice focuses on representing injured individuals and disability claimants in insurance disputes, tribunal proceedings and litigation.

Daniel also has a background in kinesiology and health science, providing him with additional insight into injuries, functional limitations, recovery and medical evidence.

Ivy So is a senior paralegal with more than two decades of experience assisting clients with statutory accident benefits claims. She supports clients throughout the claims process and works to ensure that matters are handled carefully, efficiently and responsively.

We represent clients in Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton and communities throughout Ontario. Telephone and video consultations allow us to assist clients across the province without requiring frequent travel to our office.

We offer free initial consultations so that potential clients can discuss their circumstances and learn about their legal options.

Eligible personal injury matters may be accepted on a contingency-fee basis. This generally means that legal fees are not payable unless compensation is recovered, subject to the terms of the written retainer agreement.
