Daniel Rabinovitch
Founder & Principal Lawyer
Daniel Rabinovitch is the founder and principal lawyer at DR Injury & Disability Law. He has built his practice around helping injured individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult and overwhelming moments.
With a background in Kinesiology and Health Science, Daniel brings a deeper understanding of injury, recovery, and the real-world impact an accident can have on a person’s daily life. This perspective allows him to advocate with added insight, care, and precision.
Daniel earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario and has practiced exclusively in personal injury litigation throughout his career.
Daniel takes a strategic, detail-driven approach to every case. He is committed to keeping clients informed, accessible, and supported throughout the legal process.
Dedicated to helping those in need, Daniel has volunteered with Pro Bono Canada at the Victoria Children’s Hospital and at the Family Law Project.
Daniel has regularly represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada as “Ones to Watch” (2026).
Daniel is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Throughout his career, he has held memberships with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society, and the Ontario Bar Association.

Ivy So
Senior Paralegal
Ivy So is a Senior Paralegal at DR Injury & Disability Law with over 23 years of experience assisting injured individuals in navigating Ontario’s accident benefits system. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, allowing her to effectively support a diverse client base.
Throughout her career, Ivy has developed extensive experience in Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) claims, helping clients access medical, rehabilitation, attendant care, and income replacement benefits.
She has argued numerous disputes before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), successfully securing benefits that were wrongfully denied by insurers.
Ivy is known for her deep technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through what is often a complex and stressful process. She plays a key role in developing the evidence and strategy behind each claim.
With more than two decades of experience in accident benefits litigation, Ivy remains committed to ensuring that injured individuals receive the full benefits and support they are entitled to under Ontario law.
